SEN is led by husband and wife Trương Văn Dũng and Trần Thị Hoàn. From the first years of building a business abroad, they built the restaurant’s reputation through food quality, attentive service and passion for Vietnamese cuisine.

SEN Dũng Hoàn Praha is a family-run restaurant trusted by Prague’s Vietnamese community, serving guests in the restaurant and supporting events of many sizes.
The chef is directly involved
Trương Văn Dũng leads the kitchen and personally participates in preparation — from selecting fresh ingredients to finishing each dish for authentic Vietnamese flavor and a better guest experience.
Careful event coordination
Trần Thị Hoàn manages operations, event coordination and customer care. The SEN team regularly serves weddings, parties, festivals and community gatherings in Prague, Czechia and other European cities.

SEN has one official location only: U Kamýku 871/4, Prague 4. The restaurant is not a franchise and does not operate under the SEN brand with any other business partner.
